Disorderly conduct is punishable as a misdemeanor offense [Sec 2.04.160 Municipal Code]. Except as otherwise provided by law, no action will be taken on any item not appearing on the agenda. When addressing the Council, please begin by clearly stating your name for the record.

All matters on the Consent Agenda are considered routine and are therefore approved by one motion, unless a Council Member, or the City Manager first requests that a matter be removed from the Consent Agenda for separate discussion and action.
Approval of Accounts Payable
Recommendation: Pass a Motion approving accounts payable in the amount of $391,700.94 for the period of September 7, 2024, through September 20, 2024.

Recommendation: Pass a Motion to approve Excessive Force Resolution No. 2024-XX, adopting a policy protecting individuals engaged in nonviolent civil rights demonstrations.
