Subject: Designation of Authority: 1) to Sign/Submittal of CDBG Application on Behalf Jim Schaad, City Manager, and 2) to sign and submit Funds Requests and all required reporting forms and other documentation
Dear Ms. Holt,
Pursuant to the attached Resolution and as provided in Section 4 and Section 6, this letter serves to officially designate the Finance Director, as the authorized designee to sign all necessary documents, forms, and funds requests on behalf of City Manager, authorized signatory, for the City of Marysville Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 2024 application and related documents.
As the City Manager for the City of Marysville, I am providing full authority to the Finance Director to act on my behalf, including the execution of all CDBG-related applications and funds requests, in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations governing the CDBG program as necessary pursuant to Section 4 and Section 6 of the 2024 CDBG Resolution.
This authorization applies specifically to the application(s) being submitted under the 2024 CDBG Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).
