The Marysville City Council welcomes you to this meeting and encourages your participation. This agenda contains a brief general description of each item of business to be considered. Public Comment on closed session items will be heard after ill items are read aloud for the record. Comments made by audience members are subject to rules of decorum which rohibit impertinent, slanderous or profane remarks. If you are expecting to address the Council, please fill out a speaker card and present it to the City Clerk prior to the public forum session of this meeting. Speaker cards are available outside of the council chambers. Speaking time for individuals is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes. Comments on controversial items may be further limited and large groups are encouraged to select 2-3 speakers to represent the opinion of the group. Please note, in accordance with state law, the City Council is not permitted to undertake any discussion or action on an item not appearing on the posted agenda.
After the Closed Session, the City Council will leave Council Chambers and the meeting will be adjourned by operation of law due to lack of a quorum. If there is any reportable Closed Session Action, a report will be made at the beginning of the next regular Council Meeting. I ask that after the Closed Session Item descriptions are read by the Mayor that all members of Council, applicable Consultants and Staff join the Closed Session meeting.

a) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9: Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation, (Paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9) Name of Case:
City of Marysville v. Feather River Plaza et. al Yuba County Superior Court Case No.
CVCV24-00867.
b) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6: Conference with Labor Negotiator Jim Schaad regarding the following bargaining units: Teamsters, Marysville Police Officer 2 Association Sworn and Non-Sworn, Firefighter Union and the Mid-Management and Executive Team.
c) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8: Conference with City Negotiator Jim Schaad regarding potential license agreement with the Yolo High Wheelers, LLC, discussing terms, price, and contingencies.
