Call to Order
The City of Marysville City Council meeting called to order by Mayor Branscum at 5:30 pm.
Roll Call
Present: Councilmember Rollins, Vice Mayor Buttacavoli and Mayor Branscum
Absent: Councilmembers Gilchrist and Hudson
Notice to Public (City Clerk)
After the Closed Session, the City Council will leave Council Chambers and the meeting will be adjourned by operation of law due to lack of a quorum. If there is any reportable Closed Session Action, a report will be made at the beginning of the next regular Council Meeting. I ask that after the Closed Session Item descriptions are read by the Mayor that all members of Council, applicable Consultants and Staff join the Closed Session meeting.

a) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6: Conference with labor negotiators Jim Schaad regarding the following bargaining units: Teamsters, Marysville Police Officer Association Sworn and Non-Sworn, Firefighter Union, and the Mid-Management and Executive Team. b) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1): Conference with Legal Counsel – Existing Litigation; Name of Case: Lewis v. City of Marysville, Yuba County Superior Court; Case Number: CVPO 22-00709.
