RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE
MARYSVILLE POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION SWORN AND NON-SWORN UNITS At a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Marysville, California, held on the 7th of October, 2025.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish fair and equitable compensation for the employees covered by this Resolution and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Marysville , that it does hereby adopt the attached Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”); BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the City Council of Marysville authorizes the City Manager to sign the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the City.
I HEREBY CERTIFY the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California, held on the 7th day of October, by the following vote:
