A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING THE ALDRIGE DRIVE SEWER MAIN RELOCATION
PROJECT CONTRACT NO. 24-05
At a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Marysville, State of California, held on the 4
th day of November.
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of March, 2025, the City of Marysville resolved to entered into a contract with Westrock Engineering, Inc. for the Aldrige Drive Sewer Main Relocation Project and
WHEREAS, all construction and work on the above contract has been completed on the 10th day of September, 2025 in accordance with the plans and specifications; and WHEREAS, Jim Schaad, City Manager, has recommended to the Council that said completed project be accepted and a Notice of Completion filed by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Marysville that upon the recommendation of the Public Works Director, the construction on the above mentioned contract is hereby accepted as being completed in accordance with the plans and specifications, and the City Clerk is directed to execute and record the Notice of Completion on said contract and project on behalf of the City of Marysville.
