COUNTY OF YUBA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Marysville accepted from Jim Schaad, City Manager, on the 4
th day of November, 2025, a Certification of Completion on the City of Marysville Improvements for the Aldrige Drive Sewer Main Relocation Project of that certain work described and awarded in contract to Westrock Engineering, Inc., and which was entered into on the 14th day of March, 2025, in accordance with the plans and specification of said work filed with the said City Clerk and adopted by the City Council of said City.
That said, work of the City of Marysville Improvements for the Aldrige Drive Sewer Main Relocation Project was substantially completed except for close out items on the 15th day of August, 2025, with the remaining items completed on 10th day of September, 2025 and accepted by the Council of the City of Marysville on the 4 th day of November, 2025.
That said, work consisted of the City of Marysville Improvements for the Aldrige Drive Sewer Main Relocation Project, said work being more particularly set forth in the plans and specifications therefore approved by the said City Council of the City of Marysville. The site of said work was on Aldridge Drive, Bottler Way, Cumiskey Street, Covillaud Street, and East 17th Street in the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California.
