Special Meeting of the City Council
City of Marysville
Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 5:00 pm
Call to Order
The City of Marysville City Council meeting called to order by Mayor Branscum at 5:00 pm.
Roll Call
Present: Councilmember Rollins, Councilmember Hudson and Mayor Branscum
Absent: Councilmembers Gilchrist and Vice Mayor Buttacavoli Notice to Public (City Clerk)
After the Closed Session, the City Council will leave Council Chambers and the meeting will be adjourned by operation of law due to lack of a quorum. If there is any reportable Closed Session Action, a report will be made at the beginning of the next regular Council Meeting. I ask that after the Closed Session Item descriptions are read by the Mayor that all members of Council, applicable Consultants and Staff join the Closed Session meeting.

b) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 – Public Employee Performance Evaluation regarding the following personnel: City Manager.
