subject: BUDGET ACT OF 2021(AB 128) coding information (Item, Chapter, Statute, FY) The Governor has signed the California State Budget for Budget Fiscal Year 2021/2022. The Service Contract Request (Form 360) requires completion of certain budget coding information. Specifically, the form requires the budget item number, chapter, statutes, and the fiscal year applicable to the funding of the contract. In order to facilitate completion of the Form 360 for Right of Way Capital Outlay Contracts, we are providing the following budget coding information for the Budget Fiscal Year 2021/2022:

Please use Appropriation Unit 22301 for Regional Improvements Program (20.20.075.XXX), and Interregional Improvement Program (20.20.025.XXX). Use Appropriation Unit 22302 for State Highway Operations and Protection Program (20.20.201.XXX) and use Appropriation Unit 22303 for Capital Outlay- Specialty Facilities Program (20.20.201.XXX).
