RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A MEASURE G OVERSIGHT
COMMITTEE IN ACCORDANCE WITH VOTER APPROVED BALLOT
LANGUAGE.
At a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Marysville, State of California held on the 3
rd day of February, 2026.
WHEREAS, The voters of the City of Marysville approved Measure G, which superseded Measure C, removed the sunset provision on the tax, and committed the City to the establishment of an oversight committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Marysville as follows:
1. A standing Measure G Oversight Committee is hereby established.
2. The Committee shall serve in an advisory capacity only.
3. The Committee shall report annually to the City Council in conjunction with the budget process.
4. The Committee shall comply with the Ralph M. Brown Act.
5. The committee shall meet as needed, but not less than once per year, and shall conduct meetings in compliance with the Ralph M. Brown Act.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California, on the 3rd day of February, 2026, by the following vote:
