Re: Feather River Air Quality Management Board Appointment Dear Mr. Schaad,
In accordance with the Feather River Air Quality Management District's Unification Agreement, it is necessary that the City of Marysville Council appoint one representative and one alternate member to our Board of Directors for the coming year. In addition, the Marysville Council will need to approve any representatives that are to be appointed by the Cities of Yuba City, Live Oak and Wheatland and this must be accomplished prior to our first meeting.
The first meeting of the FRAQMD Board of Directors has been scheduled for February 3, 2025. Please note the FRAQMD Board schedule is the first Monday of every other month beginning with February. If the Monday falls on a holiday, the meeting will be held the following Wednesday.
If you have not already done so, please ensure that your Council appoints the needed representatives. Notification will be made if any of the other Cities makes a new appointment to the board.
