Subject: Appointments to the Board of Directors of the Feather River Air Quality Management District
Recommendation:
Pass a Motion approving appointments to the Feather River Air Quality Management District (FRAQMD) Board of Directors 2026.
Rationale for Recommendation:
FRAQMD requires a resolution from participating jurisdictions authorizing new appointments, including alternates.
Background:
In accordance with the agreement for the composition of the Feather River Air Quality Management District, approval is required from the Marysville City Council on all new appointments made to the FRAQMD Board of Directors. The four new appointments for 2023 are:
- Council Member – Michael Pasquale – Director (City of Yuba City) - Council Member – Wade Kirshner – Alternate (City of Yuba City) - Council Member – Aaron Pamma – Director (City of Live Oak) - Council Member – Jeramy Chapdelaine – Alternate (City of Live Oak) - Council Member – Brian Abe – Director (City of Wheatland) - Council Member – John Abe – Alternate (City of Wheatland) Discussion & Analysis:
The purpose of the recommended action is to appoint members to the FRAQMD Board of Directors.
