1. BCP bids a turn key start to finish install of 400 linear feet of 8” HDPE
2. Launch holes excavated in alley , Receiving hole will be middle street on 5Th.
3. New HDPE pipe will be installed into manhole not tied-in externally
4. All utilities will be potholed at crossings and laterals will be installed with Romac saddles. ( 6 known lateral tie-ins currently )
5. Backfill will be sand compacted 1-2 foot over pipe and road base overlay compacted to 95% rate in 12” lifts to ensure proper compaction.
6. 1/2” asphalt will be replaced at all excavation sites Lateral replacement 1 Ea $3,500.00 / Ea $3,500.00
1. Replace lateral and repair cavern under alley street , lateral is believed to be from the apartment complex but has not yet been confirmed. Lateral is OrangeBurg pipe and had deteriorated to almost nothing
2. Large cavern under road way is not safe for large vehicle travel at this time ** Since we are there already pricing for asphalt demo, lateral replacement and put back is heavily discounted ** Price $205,200.00
