RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE FOR THE
MARYSVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH
MARYSVILLE JOINT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT AND YUBA COUNTY OFFICE
OF EDUCATION
At a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Marysville, State of California held on the 19th day of May, 2026.
WHEREAS, an agreement has been agreed upon by the Marysville Police Department, Marysville Joint Unified School District, and the Yuba County Office of Education to provide a full time School Resource Officer to campuses within the city limits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Marysville as follows:
The City Council of the City of Marysville authorizes the City Manager or designee to enter into the attached agreement with Marysville Joint Unified School District and Yuba County Office of Education for a full time School Resource Officer. This is subject to clarifying and conforming changes of the City Attorney.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California, held on the 19th day of May, 2026, by the following vote:
