The City of Marysville City Council special meeting called to order by Mayor Branscum at 2:32 pm.

2. First Amendment to Tax Sharing Agreement and Appropriations Limit Adjustment Between the City of Marysville and the Linda Fire Protection District Action: Moved/Seconded: Councilmember Hudson/Councilmember Gilchrist Roll call vote-N/A

Recommendation: Passed Resolution 2026-34 approving the First Amendment to the Tax Sharing Agreement and Appropriations Limit Adjustment Between the City of Marysville and the Linda Fire Protection District and authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment, subject to approval by Resolution of the Linda Fire Protection District Board of Directors.

3. Approval of Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of Marysville and Linda Fire Protection District Regarding Implementation of the Fire Service Annexation.

Recommendation: Passed Resolution 2026-33 approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Marysville and the Linda Fire Protection District regarding implementation of the approved fire service annexation and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement and any minor nonsubstantive revisions approved by the City Attorney, subject to approval by the Linda Fire Protection District Board of Directors.
