COUNTY OF YUBA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Marysville accepted from Jim Schaad, City Manager, on the 7
th day of July, 2026, a Certification of Completion on the City of Marysville Improvements for the Phase 1 CDBG Pavement Rehabilitation Project of that certain work described and awarded in contract to Lamon Construction Co., Inc., and which was entered into on the 15
th day of April, 2025, in accordance with the plans and specification of said work filed with the said City Clerk and adopted by the City Council of said City.
That said, work of the City of Marysville Phase 1 CDBG Pavement Rehabilitation Project was substantially completed except for additional work and close out items on the 28th day of October, 2025, with the remaining items completed on 16 th day of April, 2026 and accepted by
the Council of the City of Marysville on the 7
th day of July, 2026.
That said, work consisted of the City of Marysville Improvements for the Lamon Construction Co., Inc., said work being more particularly set forth in the plans and specifications therefore approved by the said City Council of the City of Marysville. The site of said work was on East 13th Street, East 14th Street, East 16th Street, Blue Street, Sweezy Street, Divver Street, Samson Street, Freeman Street, and Buchanan Street in the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California.
