Subject: Notice of Completion for Phase 2 CDBG Pavement Rehabilitation Project Contract 24-01 Recommendation:

Rationale for Recommendation:

The contract project was completed on March 4th, 2026. The contract the actual quantities of totaled contract costs exceeded the grant amount because there were several areas where the pavement subgrade was unsuitable and additional pavement repairs and thicker asphalt section had to be used extending the project qunatities.
