I understand that the permit holder is responsible for maintaining effective containment and control of grazing animals, providing adequate animal care, maintaining a 24-hour emergency contact, preventing unreasonable impacts to neighboring properties and public areas, and complying with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
I understand that the City may inspect the grazing operation and may require corrective action or suspend or revoke the permit for failure to comply with applicable requirements or conditions of approval.
