Call to Order
The City of Marysville City Council meeting called to order by Mayor Branscum at 3:08 pm.
Roll Call
Present: Councilmember Rollins, Councilmember Gilchrist, Councilmember Hudson, Vice Mayor Buttacavoli and Mayor Branscum.
Absent: None

Community and Consent Calendar Forum
Individuals wishing to address the City Council concerning Consent Calendar items or on matters not already on the agenda are invited to make oral comments of up to three minutes. If you would like to comment please complete a speaker's card and return that to the City Clerk, when called upon, please go to the podium to address the Council.
When you are called on by the City Clerk please give your name clearly for audio recording. You are requested to address your comments to the Mayor and Council, and not to the audience. By state law, the Council is not permitted to undertake any action or discussion on any item not appearing on the posted agenda.

1. Authorize the City Manager to Submit an Application for Funding the Marysville Violent Crime Response Initiative
Recommendation: Adopted Resolution 2026-49 authorizing the City Manager or his designee to submit an application to the Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services for funding for $200,000 under the FY 2026 Community Policing Development Microgrants Program to fund the "Marysville Violent Crime Response Initiative".

2. Adopt Resolution 2026-48 to Appoint Bruce Buttacavoli and Brad Hudson to the Office of Councilmember and Canceling the November 3, 2026 Election due to only two (2) Candidates being nominated for two (2) open Councilmember offices.
