AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE RENEWAL AGREEMENT
Motion to adopt Resolution No. 6224 approving the General Services Agreement between the City of Maywood and the County of Los Angeles and authorizing the Mayor to execute the renewal agreement by Lara. Second by De La Riva. AYES:

6. CONSIDERATION OF REJECTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZATION TO RE-ADVERTISE CONSTRUCTION OF RIVERFRONT PARK FITNESS COURT, PROJECT NO. 6303 Motion to reject bids and authorize staff to re-advertise construction of Riverfront Park Fitness Court, Project No. 6303 by Lara. 7. CONSIDERATION OF ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH OPTIMERE FOR
PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST SOFTWARE (NEXTREQUEST) AND APPROPRIATING $7,200 FROM THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) FUNDS FOR THE SERVICES.
Motion to approve an agreement with Optimere for Public Records Request software (NextRequest); authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in the form approved and negotiated by the City Attorney; and approve the appropriation of $7,,200 of the American Rescue Plan Act Funs for the services by De La Riva.
