APPLICATION FOR FUNDING AND THE EXECUTION OF A STANDARD AGREEMENT AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO FROM THE 2022
HOMEOWNERSHIP SUPER NOFA (HOSN) DATED JANUARY 6, 2023 AND
APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY FOR PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION SERVICES: CALHOME REHABILITATION
PROGRAM AND ADU CONSTRUCTION
Motion to adopt Resolution No. 6288 approving an application for funding and the execution of a standard agreement and any amendments thereto from 2022 Homeownership Super NOFA (HOSN) dated January 6, 2023 and approving the professional services agreement with Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles County for program administration services:
CalHome Rehabilitation Program and ADU construction by Mayor Pro Tem Aguiluz. Second by Mayor Garcia. AYES: Torres, De La Riva, Marquez, Aguiluz, Garcia. PASSES
