V. CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Determination that the Maywood Riverfront Park Renovation project located at 5000 E. Slauson Avenue is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Class 1-Existing Facilities) and Section 15303 (Class 3-New Construction).
Motion to determine that Maywood Riverfront Park Renovation Project located at 5000 E. Slauson Avenue is categorially exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Class 1-Exiting Facilties) and Section 15303 (Class 3-New Construction) by Garcia. Second by De La Riva. AYES: De La Riva, Marquez, Aguiluz and Garcia
