ADMINISTRATIVE AGENDA
1. Motion was made by: Councilmember Ayon to go with option # 2 Regarding Davis Ave Reconstruction from W. Perkins Ave to Elmo Hwy; 2nd by: Councilmember Cano.

* Option 2: As a second option, City Staff has requested the Engineer to provide a cost estimate for a grind and pave only project. This option includes Grind and remove existing roadway asphalt to a depth of 3 inches, and then install 3 inches of hot mix asphalt. Under this option cross gutters and curb ramps at the intersections and alleys will be reconstructed, with a limited reconstruction of curb and gutter at ADA curb ramps only. There is no reconstruction of driveways, nor sidewalks. This structural section would provide a design life of 10 years. The estimated construction cost is $652,258.00. There is an additional re-design cost of $5,500.00 for this option.
Both of the above options include the installation of Class I! Bike Lanes with signage, as a bid option
