4. Motion was made by: Councilmember Ayon to approve Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 0002-2022 Amending and Restating MCFARLAND MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTERS 1.08.010, 2.04.010, and 2.04.020; Governing Agenda Meetings Date, Time, Location and Postings; 2nd by: Councilmember Cano.

Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 0003-2022 Amending and Restating McFarland Municipal Code Amending Title 17, Chapters 17.04.340, 17.04.350, Repealing Subsection "C" of Chapter 17.12.020, and Adding Chapter 17.153 of the McFarland Municipal Code Governing Home Occupation Permit Ordinance.

6. Report, Discuss and Update the Subcommittee List. Council assigned new members to the subcommittees and updated the list. Mayor Tafoya instructed staff make agendas for each

Report, Discussion, and Possible Approval of Budget Increase to Compensate for a Part-Time (29 Hour) Code Enforcement Officer, and Direct Staff to Draft a Resolution Appropriating a Budget Increase for the Funds Needed. Mayor Tafoya Directed staff to draft resolution and bring back to council for approval.
