Mayor Pro Tem Pérez called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

1. Motion was made by: Mayor S. Tafoya to Approve Resolution No. 2022-0097, A
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCFARLAND,
CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A CITY COUNCIL AD HOC COMMITTEE TO REVIEW CITY DEPARTMENTS AND ANALYZE METHODS OF OPERATION; 2nd by: Councilmember A. Ayon.

2. Motion was made by: Councilmember A. Ayon to approve to change the Regular Council Meeting Date of September 8, 2022 to Monday, September 12. Due to Council will be Attending the League of California Cities Annual Conference and Expo from September 7-9, 2022; 2nd by: Councilmember Cano.
