Mayor S. Ayon called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

PRESENTATIONS, INTRODUCTIONS AND AWARDS
1. Presentation by: San Joaquin Renewables
andy Holmes, CEO of San Joaquin Renewables was present in person and TJ Paskach, PhD, Presiden vas present via zoom. TJ gave brief presentation on the Transportation Biofuel Project to the Communit and City Council.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
1. Phil Corr- Expressed his support for the San Joaquin Renewables Biofuel Project.
