CALL TO ORDER
Mayor S. Ayon called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.

PRESENTATIONS, INTRODUCTIONS AND AWARDS
1. Finance Director Viramontes presented the City of McFarland' s Preliminary Operating Budget -General Funds Budget for Fiscal Year 2023/2024. (Listening Session)
a. A Questions and Answers conference was held for anyone in the public as well as for the City Council Members. Finance Director Viramontes and City Officials answered questions from the Council. There was no public in attendance.
A brief recess was made before the start of the Enterprise Fund Presentation.
