REPORTS FROM CITY COUNCIL ON COMMITTEE/SPECIAL DISTRICT MEETINGS a. Kern Council of Governments (KCOG)- No update
b. Kern Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO)- Meeting held on Dec. 10 c. Delano Mosquito Abatement District (DMAD)- DMAD is beginning to prepare for the new season.
d. Public Policy and Finance Committee- Shutoffs will begin in December and broken meters are being fixed.
e. Public Safety Committee- Shop with the Cop will be held on December 14, 2024

Reminder from Councilmember Gonzalez that there is road Construction on Perkins and 3rd St.
CLOSED SESSION
The City of McFarland Council provided direction to the City Manager and the Community Development Director concerning negotiation of a potential purchase price.
