DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Strategic Discussion on Citywide Priorities, Infrastructure Needs, and Financial Capacity The City Council participated in a workshop facilitated by Directors to discuss current initiatives, organizational capacity, and priority setting for the upcoming fiscal year. Staff provided an overview of major initiatives currently underway and facilitated a discussion focused on aligning Council priorities with available staff and financial resources. The Council discussed the importance of evaluating and sequencing priorities, including the potential need to adjust or defer certain initiatives. The workshop also included discussion regarding the establishment of clear priorities to guide future work plans, budget development, and project sequencing for the next fiscal year. No formal action was taken.
