DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Strategic Discussion on Citywide Priorities, Infrastructure Needs, and Financial Capacity The adjourned meeting was continued to allow for the rest of the items from the previous session to be presented. The City Council participated in a workshop facilitated by Department Directors to discuss current initiatives, organizational capacity, and priority setting for the upcoming fiscal year. Staff provided an overview of ongoing initiatives and led a discussion focused on aligning Council priorities with available staffing and financial focused on establishing clear priorities to guide future work plans, budget development, and project sequencing for the next fiscal year.
