The Special Joint Work/Study Session begins promptly at 10:00 AM. The Special Work/Study Session is intended as an informational meeting and the City Council, Planning Commission, and Recreation Commission can take no action. Members of the community are encouraged to attend. Please turn your cell phones on vibrate/off while in the council chambers.
