Meeting called to order by Mayor Martinez at 3:00 PM

A moment of silence was held in honor and remembrance of the individuals who have committed suicide.

A motion was made by Counci! Member Alonso to adopt the agenda, seconded by Council Member Riofrio; unanimously approved (4 ayes, absent: Rosales).

Proposed adoption of Resolution No. 24-55, authorizing the submission of a financial assistance application and entering into a FinancialAssistance Agreement for the 2nd Street Stormwater Project.
Proposed adoption of Resolution No. 24-56, authorizing the submission of individual grant applications and related authorizations for all CalRecycle grant programs.
A motion was made by Council MemberAlonso to approve items 1 through 3 of the Consent Calendar, seconded by Council Member Riofrio; unanimously approved (4 ayes, absent:
Rosales).
