Mayor Zimmerman called the special meeting to order at 4:00 PM

Present: Dean Deines, Bob KaMin, Matthew Liesemeyer (Arrived at 4:04 PM), Lesa Sobek, Bill Zimmerman

3.1. CONFERENCE WTH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION:
lnitiation of litigation (Government Code section 5a956.9(d)( )): One case Acting City Clerk stated there were no public comments. The City Council recessed to Closed Session at 4:01 PM.
The City Council returned from Closed Session at 4:3'l PM. City Attorney Jeffrey Melching stated there was nothing to report from Closed Session.
ADJOURN
Mayor Zimmerman adjourned the meeting at 4:32PM.
