Review the information presented and choose from the following:
1. Adopt a resolution appointing the sole District 4 candidate, Dean Deines, to the City Council and cancel the November 8, 2022 general municipal election as it relates to District 4; or
2. Adopt a resolution calling for the November 8, 2022 general municipal election to be held as scheduled.
5. ADJOURN
