Mayor Zimmerman called the special meeting to order at 3:01 PM.

Angela Little led the flag salute.
STRATEGIC PLAN WORKSHOP
4.1. Strategic Plan Workshop
Assistant to City Manager Rebekah Kramer introduced the item. Consultants Michelle Kennedy and Maddi Powers representing BerryDunn provided an overview of the draft Strategic Plan.
