4.1. Fiscal Year 2022­23 Mid­Year Budget Adjustments and Review, Including a Capital Improvement Program Status Update
RECOMMENDED ACTION

1.  Accept the fiscal year 2022­23 Mid­Year budget review and approve the additional budget revenue and appropriations recognitions as presented; and

2.  Adopt the updated City’s Authorized Position Listing approving additional staffing changes; and

3.  Receive an update on the fiscal year 2022­23 Capital Improvement Program.
