1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Zimmerman called the special meeting to order at 4:01 PM.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Dean Deines, Ricky Estrada, Bob Kanivin, Lesa Sobek, Bill Zimmerman
Absent: None
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Wendy Preece led the flag salute
4. FISCAL YEAR 2022 23 MID YEAR BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS AND REVIEW AND
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM STATUS UPDATE
4.1. Fiscal Y ear 2022 23 Mid Year Budget Adjustments and Review, lncluding a Capital lmprovement Program Status Update
Deputy Finance Director Margarita Cornejo provided a presentation. Public Works Director Nick Fidler provided a presentation on the Capital lmprovement Program budget.
ACTION:
1. Accepted the fiscal yeat 2022 23 Mid Year budget review and approved the additional budget revenue and appropriations recognitions as presented by adoption of Resolution No.23 1286 amending the fis cal year 2022 23 Operating Budget; and
2. Adopted Resolution No. 23 1285 updating the City's Authorized Position Listing approving additional stafiing changes; and
3. Received an update on the fiscal yeat 2022 23 Capital lmprovement Program.
