SPECIAL MEETING (3:00 PM)
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Zimmerman called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Omen Deines, Ricky Estrada, Bob Karwin, Lesa Sobek, Bil immerman
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Chief Pat Walsh led the flag salute.
4. FACILITIES PLANNING WORKSHOP
4.1 City Facilities Planning Update
Assistant to the City Manager, Rebekah Kramer, introduced the item and consultants Michael Busch, President, and Branden Kfoury, Director, with City consultant, Urbane Futures. Mr. Busch and Mr. Kfoury provided a presentation and reported on the City facilities planning update.
The City Council provided consensus on staffs proposed project sequencing.
5. ADJOURN
Mayor Zimmerman adjourned the meeting at 3:39 PM.
