AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
CIP 22-24 CIVIC CENTER PARKING LOT PROJECT FOR
LANDSCAPE PLAN CHECK AND INSPECTION SERVICES
This is Amendment No. 1 to that certain Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) made on December 8, 2022, between the City of Menifee (“City”) and GARY F. HOYT LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, INC. (“Consultant”) CIP 22-24 CIVIC
CENTER PARKING LOT PROJECT LANDSCAPE PLAN CHECK AND INSPECTION SERVICES, (“Amendment No. 1”) is made and entered on
______, 2023 to extend the term as indicated below:
1. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Amendment No. 1 shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
2. Section 1.1, “Term of Services” is amended to read as follows:
Term of Services. The term of this Agreement shall begin on November 15, 2023 and shall end on December 31, 2024 unless the term of this Agreement is otherwise terminated or extended as provided for in Section
8. The time provided to Consultant to complete the Services required by this Agreement shall not affect the City's right to terminate this Agreement, as provided for in Section 8.
3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
4. This Amendment No. 1 may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement.
