RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Review and confirm availability for proposed January, February, and March 2024 Finance Committee Meeting dates or propose alternative meeting date(s) for consideration.
DISCUSSION
The 2024 regular meeting schedule for the City Council Finance Committee was reviewed during the November 7, 2023, Committee meeting. Based upon the availability of the committee members, the January 9, and March 12, 2024, meeting dates were canceled.
The 2024 regular meeting schedule:
•Tuesday, January 9, 2024, 2:00 PM (canceled)
•Tuesday, March 12, 2024, 2:00 PM (canceled)
•Tuesday, May 7, 2024, 2:00 PM (confirmed)
•Tuesday, July 9, 2024, 2:00 PM (confirmed)
•Tuesday, September 10, 2024, 2:00 PM (confirmed)
•Tuesday, November 12, 2024 2:00 PM (confirmed)
Anticipating future agenda items for the Committee’s review during the early part of the calendar year, staff is proposing the following alternative meeting date(s) for consideration:
•Tuesday, January 23, 2024, 3:30 PM (proposed)
•Tuesday, February 13, 2024, 2:00 PM (proposed)
•Tuesday, March 26, 2024, 2:00 PM (proposed)
