RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Code Amendment No. PLN21-0201 for Tentative Tract Map No. 31194 (“TTM 31194”) “Golden Meadows”.
DISCUSSION
At the December 6, 2023, City Council meeting, the City Council introduced the first reading of an ordinance to approve Zoning Code Amendment No. PLN21-0201 for Golden Meadows – TTM No. 31194. This is the required second reading and adoption. The ordinance will become effective 30 days from the date of adoption.
