RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Adopt an ordinance adding Section 11.20.200 to Title 11 of the Menifee Municipal Code, establishing specific regulations for abatement of hazardous vegetation on vacant parcels.
DISCUSSION
This ordinance was introduced for first reading at the January 17, 2024, City Council meeting.
This is the required second reading and adoption. This ordinance will take effect 30 days following the adoption.
