SPECIAL MEETING (4:00 PM)
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Zimmerman called the meeting to order at 4:01 PM.

Present: Dean Deines, Ricky Estrada, Bob Karwin, Lesa Sobek, Bill Zimmerman
Absent: None
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Zimmerman led the flag salute.
4. DISCUSSION ITEMS
4.1 Fiscal Year 2023/24 Mid-Year Budget Adjustment Review and Capital Improvement Program Status Update
Chief Financial Officer Travis Hickey and Deputy Finance Director Margarita Cornejo provided a presentation and reported on the mid-year budget adjustments.
The City Council asked questions of staff regarding the budget.
Public Works Director Nick Fidler provided a presentation and reported on the Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
The City Council asked questions of staff regarding CIP projects.
ACTION
1. Adopted Resolution No. 24-1394, approving the additional budget revenue and appropriations recognitions as presented; and
2. Adopted Resolution No. 24-1395, updating the City's Authorized Position Listing, approving additional staffing changes.

4.2 2023-2028 Strategic Plan Update
