RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Adopt an ordinance repealing and replacing Chapter 5.45 of the Menifee Municipal Code relating to massage businesses.
DISCUSSION
This Ordinance was introduced for the first reading at the City Council meeting held on February 21, 2024. This is the required second reading and adoption. The Ordinance will become effective 30 days from the date of adoption.
