RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Adopt an ordinance approving Specific Plan Amendment No. PLN23-0060; and
2. Adopt an ordinance approving the Cimarron Ridge Development Agreement Amendment No.
PLN23-0241.
DISCUSSION
At the March 20, 2024, City Council meeting, the City Council introduced the first reading of the ordinances to approve the amendments to the Specific Plan and Development Agreement for Cimarron Ridge. This is the required second reading for adoptions. The ordinances would become effective 30 days from the date of adoption.
