Attach supporting documents as necessary) Establish Dispute Resolution Board (DRB) in accordance with Standard Specifications Section 5-1.43E, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Section 5-1.43E(3) Dispute Resolution Board.
The Dispute Resolution Board Agreement as specified in Section 5-1.43E(1)(a), "General," of the Standard Specifications shall be completed by the City, the Contractor, and the DRB members.
Compensation for this change shall be in accordance with Standard Specifications Section 5-1.43E(1)(i) "Payment." CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 09
