RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Review the Capital Improvement Program Fiscal Year 2024/2025 Mid-Cycle Budget Review Presentation and provide feedback to staff.
DISCUSSION
On June 21, 2023, the City Council adopted the Fiscal Year (FY)2023/2024 and FY2024/2025 Operating and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget. As part of the two-year budget management and reporting process, the FY2024/2025 mid-cycle budget review process comprehensively reviews the adopted FY2024/2025 budget and provides recommended budget adjustments from the adopted budget. Staff will present an overview of the adopted 2024/2025 Capital Improvements Projects and any additional recommended adjustments.

The fiscal impact of any recommended budget adjustments reviewed during the workshop would be reflected in the overall FY2024/2025 Mid-Cycle Budget Review Workshop scheduled for May 15, 2024.
