RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Adopt an ordinance repealing and replacing Menifee Municipal Code Section 3.12.090 as it relates to change orders.
DISCUSSION
At the April 17, 2024 City Council meeting, the City Council introduced the first reading of the ordinance to repeal and replace Menifee Municipal Code Section 3.12.090 as it relates to change orders. This is the required second reading for adoption. The ordinance would become effective 30 days from the date of adoption.
