RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Adopt an ordinance approving Menifee North Specific Plan Amendment No. 5 (PLN21-0276).
DISCUSSION
At the April 17, 2024, City Council meeting, a public hearing was conducted to introduce an ordinance for Menifee North Specific Plan Amendment No. 5 (PLN21-0276). This is the required second reading and adoption. The ordinance will become effective 30 days after adoption.
