SPECIAL MEETING (4:00 PM)
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Zimmerman called the meeting to order at 4:01 PM.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Dean Deines, Bob Karwin, Lesa Sobek, Bill Zimmerman, Ricky Estrada
Absent: None
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Zimmerman led the flag salute.
4. DISCUSSION ITEMS
4.1 Fiscal Year 2024/2025 Capital Improvement Program Mid Cycle Budget Review Chief Financial Officer Travis Hickey introduced the item. Public Works Director Nick Fidler provided a presentation and reported on the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) mid cycle review and funding requests.
The City Council asked questions of staff.
The City Council provided consensus to add a park improvement such as a play structure at the Banner Park Community to the list of projects at a priority level three.
